Bye Elections 2009 : Legislative Assemblies of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttarakhand and NCT of Delhi

August 12th 2009, The following programme has been approved by the Election Commission of India (ECI) for the bye-elections to fill the casual vacancies in the Legislative Assemblies of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttarakhand and NCT of Delhi. The Election Commission has decided to hold bye-elections to fill up the vacancies in the following assembly constituencies as indicated below:
